Financial Need – Oksana Medical Fund
There is a young lady who we have had the privilege of knowing since our early ministry days in Brovary. Oksana is a very energetic eighteen year old who loves the Lord and loves others! She is very involved in her church and in the special needs ministry.
Oksana was born with a congenital defect that has caused her to have a cleft palate and malformations on the inside of her mouth. She has undergone two major surgeries in the last seven months and is now preparing for her third. In this up coming procedure, doctors will take bone from her hip and use it to form a roof for her mouth. This surgery will cost an estimated two thousand US dollars. Oksana has two very hard working parents who are doing all they can to provide for her medical needs, however this sum is almost ten times their monthly income.
